New Business:

• Newsletter – Will be done once a month and posted on the N.C.D.A. website
• Treasurer – motion was made by Clay to appoint Dave Harris as treasurer and Todd second the motion. Dave Harris will continue has N.C.D.A. ‘s treasurer
• Spring Sessions – January 23, 2018 for 4 man team
  • January 25, for Duo’s
  • Remember to have signup sheets turned into Dave by noon January 20, 2018
  • Captains meeting will be @ 6:00 pm on Tuesday at Black Gold and Thursday
    @ 6:00 at the Eagles
• Teams are encouraged to use tablets, but until we get set up paper copies are going to be used. Hopefully we will be able to do just tablets by mid-season
• Format for Duo’s
  • When playing Duo’s the board voted to make the format as following:
  • 2 501games
  • 2 Cricket switching back and forth until all twelve games are played
• Trustee will be voted at the captain’s meetings Tuesday and Thursday
• Under 21 throwing darts
  • Bylaws state that you must be 21 to throw darts – board and members voted last January that anybody 19 and 20 could throw darts but the team captain must notify the bar and find out if the underage person can throw in their establishment and if there is a time they need to be out. If the establishment won’t allow the underage person to throw then the team must get a substitute.
• Emails for current and playing members – Please provide Tonya Pittsley with your current e-mail so minutes, notifications, upcoming events, and communications can be provided to all members and players
